About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales in the IT and Design industry.

What you'll do:

Research and identify potential clients in the IT and Design industry

Generate leads and follow up on sales opportunities

Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects

Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly basis

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information in the CRM system

What you'll need:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

1-2 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the IT and Design industry





Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite

Excellent time management and organizational skills
