Job Description:

The Planning Engineer will play a key role in supporting project planning and monitoring activities. The ideal candidate will prepare project schedules, coordinate between design and execution teams, and maintain detailed progress reports to ensure smooth project delivery at site in Assam.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.

- Monitor daily, weekly,



and monthly project progress against the approved schedule.

- Identify critical path activities and coordinate with site teams for timely completion.

- Prepare Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) from structural drawings and track steel consumption.

- Coordinate with site engineers, procurement, and project management for planning inputs.

- Prepare progress reports and schedule variance analysis for management review

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Education: Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

- Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience in project planning.

- Technical Skills:

- MS Project for planning, scheduling, and tracking progress.
- AutoCAD for preparing and reviewing project layouts.

- Other Skills:

- Strong analytical and coordination skills.
- Effective communication and team collaboration.
- Willingness to work at project sites in Assam.
