Job Description :-

- 6-10 years of site supervision experience on residential high-rise (minimum 15+ storey) RCC buildings with reputed contractors or developers
- Hands-on experience in supervising RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, blockwork, and basic finishing works as per drawings and method statements
- Hands-on experience in supervising RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, blockwork, and basic finishing works as per drawings and method statements

Strong ability to read and interpret civil GFC drawings, structural drawings, and bar bending schedules, and translate them into day-to-day work frontsProven experience in managing and controlling labour contractors/gangs (carpentry, steel, masonry) and coordinating with site engineers, QA/QC, and safety teamsExposure to pre-construction activities such as site layout planning, material stacking plans, scaffolding/staging planning, and work sequencing for high-rise projectsWorking knowledge of quality standards and checklists for high-rise residential projects (cover blocks, concrete pour checks, line-level-plumb, curing, etc.)Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) for daily progress reporting, DPRs,



and labour/material trackingWillingness to work full-time at site in Hadapsar/Hinjewadi with flexibility for extended hours as per site requirementsHigh rise knowledge is must ability to handle site problems and execute it in a appropriate manner.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
