We are seeking a passionate and creative LKG Teacher to join our Early Years team.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) framework.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom workplace.
- Encourage inquiry-based learning and concept-driven exploration.
- Support students’ social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress.
- Prepare learning materials, assessments, and portfolios as per IB standards.
- Participate in school events, professional development programs, and IB training.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan transdisciplinary units of inquiry.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education / Montessori / Education (B.Ed.



preferred).
- IB PYP training or certification (preferred NOT MANDATORY).
- Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience in Pre-Primary / Kindergarten (IB experience preferred).
- Solid understanding of child development principles.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

IB or progressive curriculum experience is an advantage but not mandatory. Training support may be provided.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,735.81 - ₹20,143.56 per month
