- Customer Service: Welcome customers, address inquiries, and provide expert product recommendations based on their needs.
- Sales & Upselling: Guide customers through the purchasing process and suggest items to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Transaction Processing: Accurately handle cash, card, and UPI payments, and issue receipts.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, uadates to restock , and report low inventory to prevent product shortages.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales counter, display areas, and store clean, organized, and properly labeled with pricing/promotional materials.

- Education: Minimum 12th pass; Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Experience: 1 to 3+ years in retail, hospitality, or a similar sales setting.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills; local language fluency (Hindi/English) is crucial for dealing with a diverse customer base.
- Interpersonal Skills: A pleasing, energetic personality with high patience for addressing customer complaints and enquiries.

Education:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Work Location: In person

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
