We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Specialist to support day-to-day finance and accounting operations. The role involves handling invoices, reconciliations, expense tracking, MIS support, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in day-to-day accounting and finance operations
- Process vendor invoices, reimbursements, and payment tracking
- Maintain records of expenses, bills, and financial documents
- Support bank reconciliations and ledger maintenance
- Assist in preparing MIS reports and monthly finance summaries
- Coordinate with internal teams for invoice collection and documentation
- Support GST, TDS, and compliance-related documentation




- Ensure proper filing and organization of finance records
- Help in tracking budgets and operational expenses

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Min 3 years of experience in finance/accounts roles or internships
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and finance processes
- Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets and accounting software
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and coordination abilities

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Tally or Zoho Books is a plus
- Comfortable working with numbers and data
- Ability to manage timelines and multiple tasks efficiently
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
