Job Summary

Avron Hospital is looking for dedicated and responsible Attendants and Housekeeping Staff to join our team. The ideal candidates will support patient care activities, maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, and contribute to a secure and comfortable hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities

Attendant

- Assist patients with mobility and transportation within the hospital.
- Support nursing staff in routine patient care activities.
- Shift patients, equipment, and supplies as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of patient care areas.
- Respond promptly to patient and staff requests.
- Follow hospital safety and infection control protocols.

Housekeeping Staff

- Clean and sanitize patient rooms, wards, OPD areas, washrooms, and common areas.
- Dispose of biomedical and general waste as per hospital guidelines.
- Ensure availability of cleaning supplies and report shortages.
- Maintain hygiene standards across the hospital premises.




- Follow infection prevention and safety procedures.

Eligibility

- Minimum education: 8th Pass / 10th Pass preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Ability to work in a hospital environment.
- Good physical fitness and willingness to work in shifts.
- Positive attitude and teamwork skills.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: ₹17,600 CTC per month

Shift Details

- 12-Hour Shifts
- Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Timing: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
