About the Role :

Are you a Hindi storyteller who can hook an audience in under 30 seconds?

At Kuku TV, we’re building the future of short-format OTT entertainment and microdramas for global audiences, and we’re looking for a Promo Writer (Hindi) who can turn emotions into scroll-stopping, binge-worthy scripts.

If you understand viral storytelling, audience psychology, and high-retention content, and can create content that resonates across diverse audiences, this role is your stage.

Key Responsibilities :

- Write high-impact Hindi promo scripts for microdramas, OTT shows, and digital campaigns targeted at emerging international markets like Indonesia.

- Craft emotion-driven hooks that grab attention instantly and drive strong viewer retention.

- Analyze top-performing OTT promos and viral content trends across markets to replicate success patterns.

- Collaborate with creative teams, editors, and marketing to deliver compelling narratives.

- Adapt tone, pacing, and storytelling formats for short-form video platforms and diverse audience preferences.

- Stay ahead of digital trends, viral hooks, and audience engagement strategies.

What We’re Looking For :

- 4–5 years of experience in Hindi content writing / scriptwriting / promo writing.

- Background in OTT platforms, web series, films, or microdrama storytelling.





- Strong understanding of story arcs, emotional triggers, and dramatic tension.

- Exceptional command of written Hindi. (creative, punchy, impactful)

- Ability to create short-form, high-retention, binge-worthy content.

- Exposure to or interest in content for international audiences (especially Southeast Asia) is a plus.

- Self-driven, fast thinker who thrives in a high-speed content setting.
