The Role

You will be responsible for opening doors, creating enterprise opportunities, understanding customer challenges, and progressing opportunities through discovery, solutioning, and pilot stages.

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Inside Sales Specialist to join our growing team at Message Central, a U2opia company. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, lead generation, customer engagement, and building solid pipeline of Global markets

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting activities including cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other channels.
- Identify and engage decision-makers within target organizations.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations with prospective customers.
- Conduct product demos and effectively communicate the value proposition of Message Central solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and map solutions to their business needs.
- Maintain and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture leads through the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with marketing and business teams to optimize lead generation efforts.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales activity targets and conversion goals.
