We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Transport Incharge to join our school administration team.

Position: Transport Incharge
Location: Faridabad
Industry: Education / CBSE School

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise the school's transportation operations.
- Ensure the safe and timely movement of students and staff.
- Coordinate with drivers, attendants, and transport vendors.
- Maintain vehicle records, permits, insurance, fitness certificates, and compliance documentation.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure roadworthiness of the fleet.
- Handle route planning, transport allocation, and emergency situations.
- Address parent queries and transport-related concerns promptly.
- Ensure adherence to school transport safety guidelines and statutory regulations.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Relevant experience in transport/fleet management,



preferably in a school or educational institution.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Valuable knowledge of transport compliance, vehicle maintenance, and safety protocols.
- Proficiency in MS Office and record management.
