About the Role
We are seeking a confident, outgoing, and sales-oriented Guest Relations Executive / Supervisor / Manager to represent our wellness outlet (managed by us) inside The Ummed hotel in Ahmedabad. This is a guest-facing role designed for individuals who enjoy meeting people, starting conversations, and converting interactions into revenue. The role combines hospitality, relationship-building, and direct sales in a premium hotel setting.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Engagement & Sales
● Proactively approach and greet guests in the lobby with confidence and warmth
● Introduce guests to our wellness services, express therapies, and special offers
● Generate sales by converting walk-in guests through persuasive communication and relationship-building
● Upsell and cross-sell services based on guest needs, time availability, and preferences
● Maintain a strong presence in the lounge to maximize visibility and walk-in conversions
Revenue Generation & Promotions
● Consistently work towards daily and monthly sales targets
● Support cross-promotions with other outlets of the hotel to drive additional footfall
● Assist in executing in-lounge promotions, offers, and campaigns
● Capture guest interest efficiently
Guest Experience & Brand Representation
● Deliver a warm, premium, and professional guest experience at all times
● Act as the first point of contact and brand ambassador for the wellness outlet
● Address basic guest queries and escalate concerns to the Outlet Manager when required
● Ensure the outlet ambience, hygiene, and presentation meet high service standards
