Are you a passionate Quality Qualified with strong experience in manufacturing quality, supplier quality, audits, and continuous improvement? We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Quality Assurance to join our team in Nagpur, Maharashtra.

Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra
Experience: 7–12 Years
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Preference will be given to candidates willing to settle in Nagpur.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead plant-wide Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Testing activities
Manage certifications including ABYC, ISO 10592, and ISO 9001
Develop and maintain laboratory accreditation as per ABYC standards
Drive Supplier Quality Management, Supplier Development, and Performance Monitoring
Ensure quality compliance during New Product Development and Product Launches
Handle customer complaints, Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, and quality improvement initiatives
Lead Lean and Six Sigma projects for process excellence
Maintain quality documentation, audits, and compliance requirements

Required Skills:

Six Sigma (Green Belt / Black Belt preferred)
7 QC Tools
PFMEA, DFMEA, Control Plans, PPAP
SPC, MSA (Gauge R&R;),



Pareto Analysis
Minitab
QMS & ISO Audits
Product Audits, Process Audits, Layout Inspection, Dock Audits
Customer Complaint & Non-Conformance Analysis

Manufacturing Experience Preferred:

⚙ Machining
⚙ Gravity Die Casting (GDC)
⚙ Powder Coating

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
