Position Overview

- We are seeking an entrepreneurial Workforce Mobility Manager – International Placements to spearhead our brand-recent operations in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Because VIS is in an active expansion phase, this role demands a resilient leader with local market insight who can build everything from scratchfrom setting up daily operations to building a high-performing team of recruitment and immigration consultants.

Key Responsibilities

- Greenfield Branch Setup: Take full ownership of establishing the Ahmedabad office, supervising infrastructure readiness, setting up CRM workflows, and designing local lead-generation strategies.
- Team Building & Leadership: Recruit, onboard, train, and manage a new team of international career counselors, recruitment specialists, and documentation experts.
- Candidate Counseling & Processing: Personally conduct premium counseling sessions for working professionals regarding skilled migration visas, sponsorship pathways, and international work permits.
- Compliance & Quality Control:



Supervise the entire migration cycle to ensure strict verification and flawless compliance with fluid international labor regulations and visa requirements.
- Local Market Expansion: Launch localized marketing campaigns, establish a robust corporate partner network across Gujarat, and coordinate growth milestones directly with corporate headquarters.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Experience: 3 years+ in international recruitment, overseas employment consulting, or immigration services, with at least 4 years in a senior/team lead or branch management role.
- Startup Capability: Prior experience scaling a business unit or setting up a new recruitment/consultancy branch from the ground up is highly preferred.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep familiarity with global work permit ecosystems (USA, UK, Canada, Europe, etc.) and skilled immigration pathways.
- Languages: Impeccable English communication. Professional fluency in Gujarati and Hindi is preffered to engage with local professionals and regional business networks.

Location & Relocation Terms

- Work Location: 504, The Orion, Near Shree Balaji Temple, SG Highway, Ahmedabad, 382481.
- Relocation Mandate:
- Important Notice: Candidates from outside Gujarat must be completely willing to relocate to Ahmedabad prior to joining. Immediate, self-managed relocation is a non-negotiable prerequisite.
