Role & responsibilities

Merchandising Operations

• Execute end-to-end article creation with high accuracy and defined timelines.

• Maintain product master data including pricing, MRP, and attributes in line with system requirements.

• Ensure adherence to data governance and process discipline.

Purchase Order Management

• Create and process Purchase Orders (POs) in alignment with buying plans.

• Drive timely approvals through close coordination with internal stakeholders.

• Monitor PO status and proactively resolve bottlenecks.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Ensure clarity on order details, timelines, and execution requirements. • Build effective working relationships to enable smooth business operations.

Vendor Management

• Manage vendor onboarding and creation in systems.

• Ensure completeness of vendor documentation and compliance.

• Coordinate for issue resolution related to orders and deliveries.

Data & Systems Management

• Manage large volumes of data through SAP and Excel with high accuracy.

• Generate and maintain reports for tracking articles, POs, and vendor performance.

• Ensure timely system updates and data integrity.
