Position: Sales Manager

Location: Punjab, Haryana & Rajasthan

Department: Sales & Business Development

Age Criteria: 30 – 40 years

Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic and technically strong Sales Manager to drive business growth across Punjab, Haryana, and Rajasthan. The incumbent will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with Feed Millers in the Broiler segment, primarily handling customers with monthly feed production ranging from 2,000 MT to 8,000 MT.

The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of poultry feed additives, an established network within the feed milling industry, and the ability to create value-based sales rather than competing solely on price.

This is an Individual Contributor role requiring a self-driven professional capable of independently managing sales targets, customer relationships, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and grow business with Feed Millers in the Broiler segment across Punjab, Haryana, and Rajasthan.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with feed mills having monthly production capacities between 2,000 MT and 8,000 MT.
- Promote and sell the company's portfolio of poultry feed additive products.
- Drive sales through technical expertise, product positioning, and brand value.
- Conduct technical discussions, product presentations, and customer training sessions.
- Identify current business opportunities and expand market penetration.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with internal technical and commercial teams to deliver effective customer solutions.




- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives independently.
- Maintain regular customer visits and provide timely market intelligence.

Product Portfolio Current product range includes:

- Anti-coccidials
- AGPs (Antibiotic Growth Promoters)

Future product additions may include:

- Minerals
- Specialty nutritional products
- Other animal nutrition product ranges

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Science, Animal Nutrition, Agriculture, Poultry Science, or a related field.
- MBA (Sales/Marketing) will be an added advantage.

Experience

- Minimum 7 years of relevant sales experience in Poultry Feed Additives.
- Strong network and relationships with Feed Millers in the Broiler segment.
- Experience working with reputed National-Level Animal Nutrition companies.
- Candidates from a Therapeutic background are not eligible.

- Commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Requirements

- Proven experience in Poultry Feed Additives sales.
- Strong industry network with Feed Millers.
- Ability to sell based on technical value and brand positioning.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Punjab, Haryana, and Rajasthan.
- Valid driving license and ability to undertake frequent customer visits.

What We Are Looking For

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
