Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced MEP Project & Billing Engineer with strong knowledge of project execution, billing, quantity verification, and coordination of MEP works. The candidate should have hands-on experience in HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing systems along with client billing, subcontractor billing, and project coordination activities. Key Responsibilities: Handling complete MEP project execution activities at site Preparation and verification of RA Bills for MEP works Client billing and subcontractor billing coordination Quantity take-off and verification as per drawings & BOQ Monitoring project progress and site work execution Coordination with clients, consultants, vendors, and site teams Preparation of DPR, WPR, and project progress reports Verification of measurements and reconciliation of quantities Ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of work Reviewing HVAC,



Electrical, and Plumbing drawings Material planning, estimation, and site coordination Tracking project costs and maintaining billing records Preparing variation statements and extra item billing Coordination for inspections and project documentation Required Skills: Knowledge of HVAC, Electrical & Plumbing systems Experience in MEP billing and project execution BOQ preparation and quantity estimation knowledge AutoCAD and MS Excel proficiency Positive communication and coordination skills Ability to handle multiple site activities independently Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Salary Budget - Upto 55k /Month Contact :
