Key Responsibilities

Customer Communication
Handle incoming customer calls and WhatsApp messages.
Provide order and dispatch updates.
Coordinate artwork approvals and sample approvals.
Resolve basic customer queries.

Sales Coordination
Follow up on quotations sent by the sales team.
Maintain customer database.
Schedule customer meetings and follow-ups.
Generate weekly follow-up reports.

Production Coordination
Coordinate with production, planning, and dispatch teams.
Update customers on delivery timelines.
Escalate urgent orders.

CRM Management
Maintain all customer interactions in CRM software.
Track pending quotations, orders, payments, and complaints.
Prepare daily and weekly dashboards.

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Narela, Delhi, Delhi
