Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Relationship Manager to join our team in Vizianagaram. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals.

Job Responsibilities

- Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with current and existing clients in the Vizianagaram region.

- Identify client needs and provide appropriate financial products and services, including loans, deposits, and investment opportunities.

- Achieve individual and team sales targets for various banking products and services.

- Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to assess satisfaction, identify new opportunities, and address any concerns.

- Prepare and present financial proposals and solutions to clients.

- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice.

- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., credit, operations) to ensure seamless client service.





- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and activity reports.

- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines.

Job Qualifications**

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

- Proven experience (2+ years) in a client-facing role within the banking or financial services industry, preferably as a Relationship Manager.

- Strong understanding of banking products, services, and financial markets.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

- Results-oriented with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.

- Proficiency in local language (Telugu) is essential.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Vizianagaram region as needed.
