Role Description
This is a full-time, in office role for a Security Guard based in Karaikal. Responsibilities include maintaining physical security by monitoring facility access, inspecting visitors and employees, and conducting routine patrols.
The Security Guard will ensure personnel safety and enforce company security policies while providing excellent customer service to visitors and staff. Responding promptly to incidents, reporting irregularities, and operating security equipment effectively are key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Physical Security, Private Security, and Personnel Security practices
Strong Interpersonal Skills with the ability to communicate effectively and maintain professionalism
Customer Service skills to interact courteously with visitors and staff
Ability to stay alert, handle emergencies, and resolve conflicts effectively
Previous experience as a Security Guard or in a related role is a plus
Familiarity with basic security equipment and protocols
Physically fit with the ability to stand or patrol for extended periods
High school diploma or equivalent required
Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
