LTD. is seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, attendance, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for building a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Staffing Source, screen, and shortlist candidates from job portals and social media platforms. Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews. Schedule interviews with department managers. Coordinate the complete hiring process. Maintain recruitment reports and candidate databases.
Employee Onboarding
Complete joining formalities and documentation. Conduct employee induction and orientation sessions. Create employee records and maintain personnel files. Issue offer letters, appointment letters, and ID cards. Attendance & HR Operations Monitor employee attendance and leave records. Maintain employee databases and HRMIS records. Support payroll processing and attendance verification. Prepare HR reports and management updates.
Employee Engagement
Address employee concerns and grievances.
Organize employee engagement activities. Promote a positive and productive work environment. Support performance evaluation processes. Compliance & Documentation Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Maintain confidentiality of employee information. Manage HR documentation and records accurately.
Required Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Solid interpersonal and negotiation abilities. Knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Strong organizational and time management skills.
Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field. Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
Preferred Experience 0–3 years of experience in Recruitment or Human Resources.
