- B2B & Corporate Sales: Drives revenue through corporate (like Tata Steel/Motors), clinics & diagnostic tie-ups in the assigned region and promoting specialty services.
- Corporate & Institutional Tie-ups: Secure partnerships with Jamshedpur-based industries (e.g., Tata Steel, Tinplate), corporate offices, and local cooperative societies to convert patients for Desun Hospital Kolkata & Siliguri.
- Patient Acquisition: Develop targeted campaigns to promote the hospital's specialized departments (like Cardiology, Oncology, IVF, Gastroenterology, Neurology Gynaecology etc.) to the local population.
- Referral Business Generation: Build robust networks with general practitioners (GPs), clinics, and smaller nursing homes in the Jamshedpur belt to drive referred patients to Desun hospital (Kolkata and Siliguri).
- Doctor network:
