Customer Support Intern (6-Month Internship) – Pune

Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused interns to join our Customer Support team in Pune.

This is a Pune-based internship with mandatory Work From Office requirements for day shifts. Candidates must be willing to work assigned shifts based on business requirements and should not have constraints around shift timings.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer queries via chat, calls, and emails professionally and promptly
- Handle large volumes of customer interactions while maintaining quality standards
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate resolutions
- Maintain strong product and process knowledge across support channels
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and ticket closure
- Maintain turnaround times and service-level agreements (SLAs)
- Deliver a positive customer experience and maintain high customer satisfaction scores
- Document customer interactions accurately

What We're Looking For





- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory)
- Must be based in Pune or willing to relocate to Pune for the internship
- Comfortable working in assigned rotational shifts (mandatory)
- Strong customer orientation and problem-solving ability
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Calm, patient, and professional approach while handling customers
- Comfortable handling calls, chats, and email support
- Freshers and students looking for customer-facing experience are encouraged to apply

Shift Requirements (Mandatory)

Candidates will be assigned shifts based on business requirements.

Day Shifts (Work From Office – Pune):

- 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM
- 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Night Shift (Work From Home):

- 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Please Note:

- Shift allocation is determined by business requirements.
- Candidates cannot choose or permanently opt for a specific shift.
- Applicants must be comfortable working any assigned shift during the internship.

Internship Details

- Duration: 6 Months
- Location: Pune
- Day shifts are Work From Office
- Night shifts are Work From Home
