What You Will Own
As an Assistant Business Manager, you are expected to have a understanding of the assigned geography, market dynamics, and customer landscape. The role will focus on driving Value Added Services as a key growth lever within the territory by working closely with Certified Partners (CPs) and Associate Partners (APs) to strengthen market presence, enhance customer reach, and accelerate business growth.

- 1 - 2 years of field sales experience.
- Business acumen and interest in sales.
- Valuable knowledge of local geography.
- Exceptionally good in planning events and activities to ensure business growth.
- Efficient customer management.
- Good selling and negotiations skills.
- Excellent execution of initiatives and business processes for branch.
- Good knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint.
The Scope of Your Influence
- In charge of the Value-Added Services business in the assigned geography, with full ownership of performance and outcomes.
- Driving the VAS business through both Certified Partners (CP) and Associate Partner (AP) channels, working closely with Business Managers (BM) and Channel Managers (CM) respectively to maximize reach and effectiveness.
- Owning the Partner VAS target by closely tracking partner effort versus returns,
ensuring incremental business revenue generation through VAS, and keeping partners engaged and motivated to view VAS as a strong, sustainable business opportunity.
- Driving the VAS Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy end-to-end for the assigned territory, from planning to execution.
- Collecting and analysing customer feedback on VAS adoption, including awareness, resource, and product gaps, and taking necessary corrective actions in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Benchmark best practices and innovations from other geographies on VAS adoption by CPs; localize and implement successful models with this CP cohort.
- Evangelize VAS offerings across CPs, influencers, and relevant stakeholders to drive upsell from existing customers
- Partner with Business Managers to define, track, and deliver CP-wise VAS targets, including both numeric goals and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with the Strategic Channel Partnerships (SCP) 2.0 team to generate, nurture, and close VAS opportunities.
- Design and execute VAS-focused lead generation, marketing, and sales campaigns.
- Institutionalize the role of a VAS Specialist within CP organizations; train, coach, and continuously improve specialist productivity.
- Continuously upskill on current and upcoming VAS offerings, while building strong understanding of evolving business models (e.g., marketplace-led models).
