Role Overview We are looking for an Accounts Receivable (AR) professional with 5+ years of experience, primarily in billing and invoicing processes. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills and experience in maintaining quality and compliance standards. Responsibilities

- Manage and ensure accuracy across Accounts Receivable processes, including billing, cash application, and account reconciliations.
- Conduct quality reviews of AR transactions to maintain compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze AR reports and key metrics to identify trends, resolve discrepancies, and improve process efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to address billing issues and ensure timely collections.
- Support automation initiatives and audit requirements by preparing reconciliations, documentation, and process improvements.

Requirements

- Any graduate with 5+ years of experience in the Accounts Receivable (AR) domain, with a strong focus on Billing processes.
- Hands-on experience in invoice generation,



billing validation, dispute resolution, and payment tracking.
- Strong understanding of AR workflows, reconciliations, and customer billing operations.
- Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
