The Customer Relationship Executive – Telemarketing is responsible for contacting customers, promoting dealership services, generating appointments, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting customer retention initiatives through effective telephonic communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers through outbound calls for service reminders, campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Generate service appointments and follow up on leads.
- Maintain regular communication with customers to strengthen relationships.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about dealership services.
- Conduct customer satisfaction and feedback calls.
- Update customer records and call reports in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with service and sales teams for appointment scheduling and customer requirements.
- Achieve telecalling and appointment generation targets.
Qualification
- Degree / Diploma in any discipline.
Experience
- 0–5 years of experience in telemarketing, customer service, or customer relationship management preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
- Customer handling and relationship management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
- Persuasive and result-oriented approach.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
