ROLE SUMMARY
The Business Development Manager at Creatigrity Technologies Pvt Ltd is a strategic revenue-generating role focused on expanding our corporate client base across India's rapidly growing staffing ecosystem. The BDM will drive growth by acquiring new clients, positioning Creatigrity's suite of staffing solutions — including contract staffing, permanent hiring, RPO, leadership hiring, and payroll processing — across our core industry verticals such as IT, Semiconductors, Pharmaceuticals, Aerospace, Medical Devices, Automobile, and Telecom.
This is a high-impact, client-facing role requiring strong consultative selling skills, deep domain knowledge of the staffing industry, and the ability to build lasting strategic partnerships with HR leaders, procurement teams, and CXO stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Client Acquisition & Business Development
▶ Identify and engage with prospective corporate clients — HRBPs, CHROs, Talent Acquisition Leaders, and Procurement Heads — across Creatigrity's target verticals (IT, Semiconductor, Pharma, Aerospace, Telecom, Automobile, Healthcare).
▶ Generate leads through proactive cold outreach (email, calls, LinkedIn), industry events, conferences, and referrals.
▶ Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects, tracking all activities via CRM tools
▶ Own the end-to-end sales cycle — from prospecting and discovery to pitch, proposal, negotiation, and deal closure.
2. Solution Design & Consultative Selling
▶ Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions to understand client workforce challenges, hiring gaps, compliance needs, and talent demands.
▶ Design and pitch customized workforce solutions including:
– Contract & Temporary Staffing
– Permanent Placement / Direct Hire
– RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing)
– Leadership & Executive Search
– Payroll Outsourcing & Managed Services
▶ Develop compelling proposals, capability decks, and presentations tailored to each client's specific industry and hiring requirements.
▶ Leverage Creatigrity's domain expertise in niche areas (e.g., embedded systems, clinical research, aerospace engineering, semiconductor design) to establish thought leadership with clients.
3. Commercial Negotiation & Contract Management
▶ Negotiate pricing structures — markups, margins, billing rates, and payment terms — ensuring profitable and sustainable revenue.
▶ Draft, review, and finalize Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) in coordination with legal/compliance teams.
▶ Ensure full contract compliance and timely renewals; proactively identify opportunities for account expansion and upselling.
4. Client Relationship Management & Retention
▶ Build and nurture long-term strategic partnerships with key accounts, ensuring high satisfaction, repeat business, and referral generation.
▶ Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs/MBRs) with clients, presenting performance metrics, SLA adherence, and value delivered.
▶ Swiftly resolve client escalations and service delivery concerns to protect and strengthen relationships.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
▶ Partner closely with internal recruitment, delivery, and operations teams to ensure talent sourced aligns with the client's technical, cultural, and regulatory requirements.
▶ Collaborate with recruitment teams on mapping talent availability for niche skills — including AI/ML, Cloud Architecture, VLSI Design, Pharma QA/RA, Aerospace Systems, and Automotive R&D.;
▶ Work with leadership to develop market-specific go-to-market strategies and competitive service packaging.
6. Market Intelligence & Reporting
▶ Track and analyze industry hiring trends, competitor activity, and talent supply-demand shifts across Creatigrity's core verticals.
▶ Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records; provide weekly/monthly business development reports to leadership.
▶ Contribute to pricing strategy by monitoring market rate cards and benchmarking against competitors.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Educational Qualification
▶ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or any relevant discipline.
▶ MBA (HR / Marketing / Business Development) preferred but not mandatory for highly experienced candidates.
Experience Requirements
▶ 4 – 8 years of proven experience in B2B corporate sales, with a solid preference for candidates from the staffing, recruitment, or HR consulting industry.
▶ Demonstrable track record of acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and achieving revenue targets in a staffing or solutions-selling environment.
▶ Experience selling to clients in one or more of Creatigrity's core verticals — IT, Semiconductor, Pharma, Aerospace, Automobile, Medical, or Telecom — is a significant advantage.

▶ ATS Familiarity: Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems is an added advantage.

Performance of this role will be measured against the following metrics:
