About the Role

- The Work Abroad Manager will be responsible for managing the Ahmedabad branch, leading a team, supporting candidates interested in overseas employment, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.You will play a key role in shaping the success of this recent office while working closely with senior management. If you come from an immigration, overseas recruitment, work permit, or international placement background and enjoy leadership responsibilities, we would love to speak with you.

What You'll Be Doing

- Managing Branch Operations
- Oversee the daily operations of the Ahmedabad office.
- Ensure processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and candidate experience.
- Building and Leading a Team
- Hire, train, and mentor counselors and recruitment professionals.
- Create a positive and performance-driven work environment.
- Support team members in achieving their goals.
- Candidate Guidance and Counseling
- Meet with candidates interested in overseas employment opportunities.
- Explain available programs, work permit options, and eligibility requirements.
- Help candidates understand the process from start to finish.

Process Management

- Monitor applications, documentation, and case progress.




- Ensure accuracy and compliance throughout the process.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain quality standards.
- Growing the Business
- Support local marketing initiatives and business development activities.
- Build relationships with referral partners and local networks.
- Help increase branch visibility and contribute to company growth.

What We're Looking For

- Experience
- 8 to 10 years of experience in:
- Overseas Recruitment
- Immigration Services
- Work Permit Consulting
- International Placement Services
- Global Mobility or Related Industries
- At least 4 years of experience in a leadership, team management, or branch management role.

Skills

- Strong leadership and people management abilities.
- Excellent communication and counseling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Good understanding of overseas employment and immigration processes.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Language Requirements
- Fluent English
- Fluent Hindi
- Gujarati preferred

Relocation Requirement

- Candidates currently living outside Gujarat must be willing to relocate to Ahmedabad before joining. This is an on-site position and relocation is required.

Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
