We are looking for enthusiastic and ambitious fresh graduates who aspire to build a career in Business Analysis, ERP Consulting, and Client Management. This role offers hands-on exposure to business processes, ERP solutions, client interactions, and real-world implementation projects.

No prior ERP experience is required. We value candidates with strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a professional attitude.

What You'll Do

- Interact with clients and understand their business requirements.
- Participate in requirement gathering and documentation activities.
- Learn and understand ERP systems, business processes, and workflows.
- Assist in preparing reports, process documents, and functional specifications.
- Support product demonstrations and user training sessions.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for project-related activities.
- Help identify process improvement opportunities and business solutions.
- Participate in testing, validation, and implementation activities.
- Provide support during project execution and post-implementation phases.

Educational Qualification

- Any Bachelor's Degree (BBA, B.Com, BCA, B.Sc, BE/B.Tech, MBA, or equivalent)
- Freshers can apply
- Candidates with internship experience in Business Analysis, ERP, Operations, HR, Finance, or Client Support will have an added advantage
