Position: HR Intern
Department: Human Resources
Location: Porur, Chennai
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Post job openings on job portals, social media platforms, and company career pages.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and employee records.
- Coordinate with candidates regarding interview schedules and follow-up communications.
- Support onboarding activities, including document collection and employee orientation.
- Assist in preparing HR-related documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and internship certificates.
- Help organize employee engagement activities, training programs, and team events.
- Maintain attendance and leave records under the guidance of the HR team.
- Conduct employee surveys and assist in collecting feedback for workplace improvements.
- Support HR operations and administrative tasks as assigned.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment activities.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of employee and candidate information.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Human Resources processes and practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
