Generate and convert leads for home loan products through direct sales, builder tie-ups, and DSA networks.
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients.
Guide customers through the home loan application and approval process.
Conduct financial assessments and recommend suitable loan products.
Prepare and present loan proposals to prospective customers.
Negotiate loan terms and close sales to achieve targets.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and housing finance regulations.
Coordinate with underwriting, credit, and operations teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
Participate in promotional campaigns, client events, and industry seminars to generate new business.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Requirements
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in home loans or financial services.
- Strong understanding of the Indian home loan market,
products, eligibility criteria, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused approach with strong relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
- Valid driver's license.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (Any Stream).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Home Loan Sales or Retail Banking.
- Experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to assess customer financial situations and recommend suitable loan solutions.
