About Physova

Physova is building India's first branded home physiotherapy network. We work with orthopaedic surgeons across Bengaluru & Chennai to deliver structured, consistent rehabilitation to post-surgery and pre-surgery patients at their homes. Same physio every session. Proper treatment tracking. Surgeon-coordinated care.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Care

- Conduct detailed physiotherapy assessments at patients’ homes.
- Develop individualised treatment and rehabilitation plans.
- Provide hands-on therapy, including manual therapy, exercise therapy, electrotherapy, and mobility training.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records.

Homecare Service Delivery

- Travel to patient locations as per scheduled appointments.
- Ensure patient safety and infection control during home visits.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and preventive care.
- Guide patients on posture, ergonomics, and lifestyle modifications.

Communication & Coordination

- Coordinate with doctors, caregivers,



and clinic teams regarding patient progress.
- Provide progress updates and discharge summaries.
- Handle patient queries professionally and empathetically.

- Geriatric physiotherapy

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT).
- 0–3+ years of clinical experience (Homecare experience preferred).
- Good communication and patient-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel locally.
