About Position:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented QA Engineer to take ownership of testing across Opportunity-to-Cash (O2C) and Enterprise Billing systems. This role focuses on ensuring the quality and reliability of complex financial workflows by validating end-to-end data flows across multiple integrated platforms including Salesforce CPQ, middleware, billing systems, payment gateways, and ERP.

What You'll Do:

- Act as a quality gatekeeper for critical financial and billing systems
- Design, develop, and execute test strategies for O2C and enterprise billing workflows
- Map and validate complex data flows across Salesforce CPQ, middleware, billing platforms, Braintree, and NetSuite ERP
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to data synchronization and system integrations
- Validate usage-based billing logic and pricing calculations
- Identify risks and ensure accuracy in financial data movement across systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and finance
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in billing, payments, and revenue recognition
- Ensure comprehensive test coverage including integration, regression, and UAT testing
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and testing frameworks

Expertise You'll Bring:

- Strong experience in QA testing within financial systems, billing, or ERP environments
- Good understanding of Opportunity-to-Cash (O2C) processes and enterprise billing workflows
- Experience working with Salesforce CPQ, NetSuite, or similar platforms
- Knowledge of payment gateways such as Braintree and middleware integrations
- Ability to analyze complex data flows and identify potential failure points
- Experience in testing API integrations and end-to-end system workflows




- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Understanding of usage-based billing models and pricing logic
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams
- Ability to think critically and assess the financial impact of system issues
