Education Experience

The candidate should hold a Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role is required, preferably within an IT or software development environment. Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder coordination will be considered an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Translate business needs into transparent technical requirements for development teams
- Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, and basic wireframes
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
- Support project planning, execution, and UAT activities




- Track project progress and identify requirement gaps

Required Skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in requirement documentation and analysis
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
- Client handling and presentation skills
