Winsome Group is looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager, Sales to lead sales performance for its Patna operations. The role requires a strong real estate sales leader who can achieve revenue targets, manage sales teams, improve lead conversion and build strong customer and channel partner relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for assigned projects.
Lead and monitor the sales team to improve productivity, discipline and closures.
Manage leads from digital campaigns, walk ins, referrals and channel partners.
Improve enquiry to site visit and site visit to booking conversion.
Build solid relationships with brokers, channel partners, investors and customers.
Ensure timely follow up, site visits, negotiations and booking closures.
Resolve customer escalations and maintain a positive customer experience.
Maintain accurate sales MIS, lead reports,
booking updates and performance reviews.
Track Patna market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback.
Desired Candidate Profile
10 to 15 years of experience in real estate sales.
Prior experience in leading a sales team is preferred.
Robust knowledge of the Patna real estate market.
Proven track record in sales target achievement and lead conversion.
Good broker and channel partner network.
Robust communication, negotiation and team management skills.
Target driven, disciplined and customer focused.
