Eligibility:

- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
- Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shifts

Must have skills

1.



Knowledge of the entire Hire to Retire lifecycle. Workforce Administration, C&B;, HD, Reporting and Payroll (Pre and post payroll) Success Factors.
2. Positive Communication skills and ability to handle client escalations and client calls in English language.
3. 4 to 8 years' experience in HRO and relevant tools.
4. Handson experience in Success Factors report creation, resolving replication issues is a must for the role along with the above experience. This is a hands-on doer role.

Good to have skills

1. Experience in Process transition including process maps, SIPOC, RCA and escalation management.
2. Handson experience in PPT, excel.
3. Weekend off, however at times or during cut off the team is expected to be available.
