Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Generate lead and develop new business Opportunities
- Build robust relationship with stack holders
- Develop and expand dealer, distributor, contractor, and project customer networks.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in assigned territories.
- Promote PVC, CPVC, UPVC, HDPE, and other pipe products to customers.
- Conduct market visits to identify potential clients and projects.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, consultants, and end users.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical and product-related support to customers.
Market Analysis
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Collect market intelligence and provide feedback to management.
- Identify new market segments and growth opportunities.
Sales Operations
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and territory plans.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams to ensure timely deliveries and payments.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain healthy receivables.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, dealer meets, and promotional activities.
- Assist in implementing marketing campaigns and brand-building initiatives.
- Experience in handling dealers, distributors, and project sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Experience: 2 to 3 years of sales experience in the Pipe Industry, Building Materials, Plumbing Products, or related manufacturing sector.
Industry: Pipe Manufacturing / PVC, HDPE, CPVC, UPVC Pipes
Education: Any Graduate
Location: Odisha , Telangana and Bihar
Salary: Negotiable up to 9 LPA based on experience and current salary.
