Job Title - Senior Architect Designer

Work Location—Jalandhar (Office-Based)

US Shift Timings—9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (1-hour break included)

(Only candidates comfortable with night shift should apply.)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect to join our Jalandhar for a night shift role. The candidate will be responsible for handling architectural planning, design coordination, drawings, and project support, primarily aligned with international timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage architectural design and planning
- Prepare and review:
- Architectural drawings
- Layouts
- Elevations
- Working drawings
- Coordinate with:
- Project managers
- Consultants
- Internal teams
- Ensure designs comply with building codes and standards
- Review junior architects’ work and provide guidance
- Handle client coordination (as required)
- Ensure timely delivery of drawings and project updates
- Support project execution and documentation

Skills & Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- 5+ years of experience as an Architect (Senior-level)




- Strong knowledge of:
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp / Revit
- 3D visualization tools (preferred)
- Good understanding of:
- Construction detailing
- Materials
- Site coordination
- Robust communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently during night shifts

Preferred Candidate

- Experience working on international or large-scale projects
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Willing to work night shift from office
