Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with a minimum of 8 years of experience to oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, payroll management, statutory compliance, onboarding, performance management, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with labor laws, drive employee engagement initiatives, and support organizational growth through effective people management.
Skills & Qualifications
- Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Solid knowledge of payroll processing, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in talent acquisition, employee onboarding, and orientation programs.
- Proven ability to manage employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRMS and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Palayam, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
