About the Role

Sarthi Kota is seeking an energetic and result-driven Business Development Executive to expand our network across Kerala. The candidate will be responsible for visiting schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and other educational institutions to promote our educational programs, generate leads, and build long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit schools, colleges, and educational institutions across Kerala.
- Present and explain Sarthi Kota's programs and services to students, parents, teachers, and management.
- Conduct product presentations, seminars, and demonstrations.
- Generate and qualify new leads through field visits and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions and key stakeholders.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into admissions/business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Prepare visit reports and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, education,



or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or EdTech (preferred).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with schools, colleges, coaching institutes, or educational organizations.
- Background in Education, EdTech, Admissions, or Academic Counseling.
