An Accounts and Finance Head is a senior executive responsible for managing a company's financial health, encompassing both day-to-day accounting and long-term financial strategy. They oversee financial planning, taxation, compliance, and reporting to support corporate objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Strategy & Planning: Formulating long-term financial strategies, budgeting, forecasting, and investment analysis.
- Accounting & Reporting: Overseeing the general ledger, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and finalization of accounts.
- Taxation & Compliance: Ensuring adherence to GST, TDS, Ind AS, and statutory auditing standards.
- Team Leadership: Mentoring the accounting team, managing cash flow, and collaborating with senior leadership. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
