We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead – Saviynt IGA to lead Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) initiatives, drive security governance programs, and manage enterprise-scale Saviynt implementations. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Saviynt Identity Cloud, access governance, lifecycle management, compliance controls, and team leadership while ensuring secure, scalable, and compliant identity management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Lead end-to-end Saviynt IGA implementation, enhancement, and support initiatives.
- Drive planning, deployment, and optimization of Saviynt Identity Governance solutions.
- Design and implement detective, preventive, and corrective access controls.
- Lead and mentor Saviynt engineering teams while tracking project deliverables and operational KPIs.
- Develop SOPs, governance standards, and operational procedures.
- Implement and maintain Least Privilege Access (LPA) models across enterprise applications.
- Design and automate reporting, monitoring, notifications, and governance workflows.
- Manage onboarding of connected and disconnected applications within Saviynt.
- Execute and govern Access Certification and Access Review Campaigns.
- Establish reconciliation processes and identity data validation controls.
- Manage birthright provisioning, role management, and access approval workflows.
- Administer Active Directory groups, static distribution lists, and entitlement governance.
- Drive non-human account lifecycle management and privileged access controls.
- Plan and execute Saviynt upgrades, enhancements, and platform stabilization activities.
- Develop lifecycle workflows, JSON configurations, and automation scripts.
- Manage incidents, service requests, problem tickets, and ITSM queues.
- Collaborate with security, compliance, audit,



and infrastructure teams to ensure governance objectives are achieved.

Preferred Qualifications:-

- Graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related discipline.
- Saviynt certifications preferred.
- Experience in large-scale enterprise IAM transformation programs.
- Exposure to regulatory compliance, audit, and security governance frameworks.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
