Business Development Executive – UK Market (Ground Cover Division)

Location: Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh (On-site)

About the Role

Euroflex is looking for a motivated and commercially minded Business Development Executive to support the growth of our Ground Cover business in the UK market. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, generating sales leads, and supporting the expansion of our market presence.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is ambitious, self-driven, and eager to build a career in international business development. Initial training, handholding, and management support will be provided, as your success will directly contribute to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UK market.
- Generate leads through research, outreach, and customer engagement.
- Communicate with prospective and existing customers via email, telephone, and online meetings.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and support the sales process.
- Coordinate internally with relevant teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and business opportunities.
- Contribute to business growth through proactive sales and business development activities.

Essential Requirements





- 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Lead Generation, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills (mandatory).
- Confident communicator with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Polite but professional telephone manner.
- Commercially aware with a practical, common-sense approach.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work under pressure without compromising quality and accuracy.
- Valuable time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail while maintaining awareness of the bigger picture.
- Self-driven, sincere, and eager to learn.

Performance Measurement

Performance will be evaluated based on business growth, customer retention, professional conduct, teamwork, and overall contribution to company objectives.

Additional Information

- On-site role based at our Pithampur office.
- Office timings: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Previous employment references will be required as part of the recruitment process.
- Opportunity for long-term growth and permanent employment following successful completion of the probation period.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
