? About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR professional to manage HR projects, performance management systems, policy implementation, training & development initiatives, and organizational improvement programs. The role requires close coordination with clients and internal teams to deliver effective HR solutions and drive business success.

? Key Responsibilities
• Lead HR programs and strategic initiatives
• Identify HR challenges through research and analysis and recommend solutions
• Provide guidance on day-to-day HR matters to clients and HR teams
• Design and implement HR strategies, policies, and processes
• Manage PMS,



KRA/KPI frameworks, and employee development initiatives
• Drive organizational change and culture-building programs
• Support HR policy implementation and compliance management
• Assist in the adoption and implementation of HR technologies
