Are you passionate about textiles and have deep knowledge of Surat’s fabric ecosystem?

Ellwinkz is looking for a highly motivated Fabric Sourcing Executive to join our team in Surat and help us build a world-class sourcing network for our growing ethnic wear brands and manufacturing operations.

What You’ll Do

You will be our eyes and ears on the ground, responsible for identifying, evaluating, and developing sourcing partnerships across Surat and surrounding textile hubs.

Your responsibilities will include

Sourcing fabrics for women’s ethnic wear collections and manufacturing requirements

Identifying and developing suppliers of:

- Organic and sustainable fabrics
- Cotton, rayon, linen, modal and natural fibre fabrics
- Embroidered fabrics
- Printed fabrics
- Dyed fabrics
- Handcrafted and artisan textiles

Building relationships with:
- Embroidery houses
- Printing houses
- Dyeing units
- Fabric manufacturers
- Stock fabric suppliers
- Lace, trim and accessory suppliers
- Hand embroidery and artisan clusters
- Negotiating pricing, MOQs, lead times and quality standards
- Conducting regular market visits and supplier audits
- Coordinating sample development and fabric approvals
- Providing market intelligence on new trends,



innovations and sourcing opportunities

What We’re Looking For

- 1–2 years of experience in textile or fabric sourcing
- Strong knowledge of Surat textile markets and surrounding manufacturing clusters
- Existing network within the fabric and textile industry preferred
- Understanding of fabric construction, dyeing, printing and embroidery techniques
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively source new opportunities
- Passion for sustainable and natural fibre textiles

Remuneration & Benefits

- Salary: ₹25,000 per month
- Fuel Allowance: ₹2,500 per month
- Full time permanent role
