Role Description
This is a full time on-site role for a Collection Executive based in Bihar Sharif.
The Collection
Executive will be responsible for managing debt collections, conducting credit analysis, maintaining credit control, and ensuring timely recovery of dues. Key tasks also include building effective communication with clients,
resolving issues related to payments, and contributing to effective financial management by analyzing payment trends and risks. The professional will need to uphold the company’s commitment to high-quality client servicing while meeting collection targets and maintaining compliance with policies.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Credit Control and Debt Collection processes
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively
- Sound Analytical and Problem-Solving skills to assess payment risks and implement solutions
- Basic understanding of Finance and familiarity with financial principles
- Proficiency in record-keeping and reporting tools
- Relevant work experience in collections, credit, or finance preferred
- Ability to work well in a team and meet targets under deadlines
