Key Responsibilities Key Result Areas (Max 1325 Characters) Supporting Actions (Max 1325 Characters) Analysis of quality proposals

- To analyse the proposal as per the standard parameters, adhering to the credit policy guidelines
- Analyse Management Risk, Industry Risk, Business Risk and Financial Risk of the proposal
- Understand proposals by way of trade references, banker reference checks and other surrogates.
- Responsible for maintaining check on allocated portfolio & provide regular alerts to Relationship Team & Management

Timely processing of credit proposals




- Timely preparation of proposals highlighting strength and weakness in the proposal
- Personal discussion with customers to understand business, cash flows, purpose of loan, etc and resolution of credit concerns.
- Timely submission of proposals alongwith term sheet to Risk Team
- Coordination with sales & risk team members to ensure timely approval of proposals.
- Discuss the proposal with stakeholders / committee members for their approval

Disbursement & repayment process
- Facilitate release of sanction letters to clients
- Execute documentation (loan agreements, charge documents, etc.) as may be stipulated for the transaction
- Collaborate with Operations team for closure of documentation queries and pave the way for disbursement
- Track debt servicing by the client and also the published overdue report

Renewal / Enhancement of existing facility
- Tracking proposals due for review and renewals
- Monitoring of covenants, stipulated conditions, taking approvals for breach of conditions / resulting actions.
- Timely preparation & submission of review / renewal proposals to Risk Team and coordination with them for completion of timely reviews / renewals

Continuous Monitoring of portfolio
- Half yearly review of the borrowers account
- Regular updates on sectoral changes with help of external sources.
- Periodic review of the borrowers account / monitoring pending PDDs & ensure closure of the same
- Regular updates on sectoral changes with help of external sources

Business Support
- Help sales team to understand the strength & weakness of the proposal
- Timely responding to the requests of sales team.
- Support for development of current products and related parameters / documents to Origination and Structuring Head and Zonal Head
