Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architecture role based in Vellore. The architecture skilled will collaborate with clients and the design team to develop interior layouts, elevations, and detailed architectural drawings for residential projects. Daily tasks include site visits, measurements, and feasibility assessments, as well as preparing design concepts, 2D/3D plans, and technical drawings that align with client requirements and building standards.

The role involves coordinating with contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure accurate execution of plans, adherence to quality standards, and timely project completion.



The architecture professional will also support material selection, assist in resolving design or site issues, and participate in regular project reviews and client meetings.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience in residential or interior-focused projects.

Ability to work on Integration and Solution Architecture aspects related to interior layouts, services, and structural considerations.

Effective Communication skills for collaborating with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal team members.

Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and familiarity with 3D visualization tools.

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field, with valid professional registration or eligibility as per local regulations preferred.

Knowledge of building codes, materials, interior fit-out practices, and site execution processes.

Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Willingness to work on-site in Vellore and conduct regular site visits within Vellore and nearby locations.
