Job Summary:

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Sales Head with experience in the gold jewellery industry to manage distributor networks, strengthen client relationships, and drive business growth through effective sales strategies. The role involves handling key distributors and customers primarily from the office, ensuring smooth order management and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and develop relationships with existing distributors, dealers, and key clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the distributor network.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with distributors regarding orders, stock availability, pricing, and dispatch schedules.
- Handle client enquiries, negotiations, and commercial discussions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.




- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management.
- Collaborate with internal teams including production, logistics, and accounts to ensure timely customer service.
- Ensure excellent customer relationship management and repeat business generation.

Required Skills:
- Strong experience in B2B jewellery sales and distributor management.
- Good understanding of gold jewellery products, market trends, and pricing.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to handle key accounts and achieve sales targets.
- Knowledge of MS Office and ERP/CRM systems is preferred.
- Strong commercial and relationship management skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 5–8 years of experience in Gold Jewellery / Jewellery Manufacturing / Jewellery Wholesale Industry.
- Experience in handling distributors, dealers, and retail jewellery clients.
- Male candidates preferred as per business requirement.
