Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Special Educator to support students with diverse learning needs at Presidency School Nandini Layout. The candidate should be committed to creating an inclusive learning environment and helping students achieve academic, social, and emotional development.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify students with special learning needs and provide individualized support.
- Prepare and implement IEPs (Individualized Education Programs).
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and school counsellors to monitor student progress.
- Conduct remedial sessions and classroom support activities.
- Adapt teaching methods and learning materials according to student requirements.
- Maintain student records, assessments, and progress reports.




- Support inclusive education practices within the school environment.
- Participate in parent meetings, training sessions, and school activities.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Special Education.
- RCI Certification is mandatory.
- Minimum 3 - 6 years of experience in a school environment preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for working with children and supporting inclusive education.

Preferred Skills

- Robust understanding of learning disabilities and behavioural management.
- Patience, empathy, and counselling skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with staff and parents.
- Knowledge of inclusive classroom strategies and remedial teaching techniques.
