About the Role

- Design and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns (SEO, paid media, ABM, email, retargeting).
- Drive measurable pipeline acceleration and optimize ROI.

Website Growth & Conversion Optimization

- Own website strategy, UX/UI improvements, and A/B testing.
- Scale traffic to 1M+ monthly visitors and maximize lead conversion rates.

AI-Driven SEO, AEO & GEO Strategy

- Lead next-generation organic growth initiatives including SEO (Search Engine Optimization), AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)



to maximize visibility across search engines and AI-powered discovery platforms.

Leverage AI & Marketing Technologies

- Utilize advanced marketing and analytics tools such as GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and AI-powered content platforms including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other generative AI tools to enhance content strategy, campaign performance, and audience engagement.

Content & AI Search Optimization

- Develop AI-optimized content strategies aligned with evolving search behaviors, voice search, featured snippets, and AI-generated search experiences to improve rankings, authority, and conversion performance.

Brand, Communications & Social Media

- Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling across all touchpoints.
- Build and execute high-impact social media strategies to engage audiences and grow community presence.
- Manage PR, thought leadership, and influencer partnerships to enhance credibility.

Leadership & Innovation

- Mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering creativity and innovation.
- Stay ahead of digital, AI, and social trends to maintain competitive edge.
